Due to the high demand of donation requests that we receive from deserving charities in the community, we have created a golf donation request form in order to organize and process all requests.

This offer IS NOT intended for the general public or organizations that are
not classified under non-profit status, 501(c)(3). 

Organizations who receive donated items will be required to
submit a receipt of charitable donation at the time of pick-up.

Donation requests are reviewed on the First of the month.
