Rack of Lamb $23.95
Seared and roasted lamb loin topped with a fig and apricot port wine reduction sauce.
Served with garlic mashed potatoes, gingered carrots & sweet peas

St. Louis Pork Ribs $22.95
Spice rubbed and marinated in beer and juice, oven roasted St. Louis Pork Ribs topped with a marinade reduction sauce, served with cabbage slaw & sweet potato fries

Sirloin Steak  $22.95
8 ounce sirloin steak topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions
smothered with a rich demi glace, garlic mashed potatoes and gingered carrots

Half-Pound Burger $12.95
