Dear Cybergolf User June,

During these unprecedented times with COVID-19, we at Cybergolf are currently working on giving our customers expanded options for collecting contactless payments.  It is our goal to assist you in creating the safest environment possible for your golfers, your staff and community.

We currently have two new options in development for our customers that use TogetherPay payment processing and the sZen POS system

Collecting payment information during online Tee-Time reservation:  This will allow courses to collect the requestor’s payment information, which will be securely stored at the processor.  When the customer shows up at the course, the course staff member can charge the card on file without having to directly interact with the customer.

Taking Payment during online Tee-Time reservation:  This will allow courses to take payment during the online Tee-Time reservations.

These solutions are currently under development and we will update you as they become available.  If you are not a TogetheryPay Processing customer and/or sZen POS customer, contact help@cybergolf.com to find out how to sign up.

See Below For Options Available Now!

For all customers that have eCommerce and/or GolfRev connected to their Cybergolf site, below are options that can currently be setup to allow customers to pay online for Greens Fees, Carts and Merchandise.

OPTION 1: Use an “Online Store” to take payments for Greens Fees

This option allows you to publish your different rate options that users can select and purchase online.

OPTION 2: Using GolfRev "Offers" take payments for Greens Fees

Similar to the option above, you can setup “Offers” in GolfRev for your different rate options and link your customers to those options.  User can purchase those options online.

Either of these options can be useful in giving your business the ability to increase safety for all parties involved.
