Greetings Golf League President,

We are excited to get the 2020 Golf League Season started here at Green Meadow. Thank you for your patience as we’ve been working very hard to create a system to have League play with regards to the COVID19 guidelines currently in place.

In order to make checking in go as smoothly as possible, we’ve created a Tab on our website  called “Golf Leagues at Green Meadow”. This Tab will allow each league’s member to pay online and see your 4 week league schedules. You are now able to go online and find it under “Golf” – “Golf Leagues at Green Meadow”.  This site has the four week rotating league schedules at the bottom of the page. Each league president is set up to get an email when someone from your group pays for the weekly league fee. This should help you manage which players have paid and which have not for each week.

Each League Member is required to pay their $26 Nine Hole League Green Fee each Sunday for the upcoming week. You may do so by clicking on the “Golf Leagues at Green Meadow” tab then click on your League name. 

All other purchases may be done by contacting the Pro Shop 30 minutes prior to your tee time on the day of league play. For example if you need Riding Carts, Pull Carts, Pro Shop Merchandise and Weekday League Extra 9 Hole Green Fee of $5.00 before or after your League 9 Hole Round. Please note that the Clubhouse is closed to public access except for restrooms. Please note-We accept Credit Card payments only in the Pro Shop.

Riding carts are available on a first come first serve basis. At this time, we have Single Rider Carts Only…$14 per person for 9 Holes…$20 per person for 18 Holes. League members must call the Pro Shop to make a reservation for Extra Holes before or after their League 9 Holes.

League members who wish to play more than 18 Holes of golf in the afternoon on League Days, must call the Pro Shop to reserve an additional tee time and will be required to pay the applicable Green Fee/Single Rider Cart Fee at the time of the reservation.

Please make sure you have set tee times…remind players they must stay in their cars until 15 minutes prior to their tee times…and then they can proceed to their starting tee. This is so we can adhere to the social distance guidelines. As well, it is imperative that there is no gathering by your cars in the parking lot at the conclusion of your round. Food and beverage is available for take-out only at this time. We will have outdoor seating available soon. We will also have Beverage Carts out on the courses throughout the season.
