Premier Golf is excited to have been selected by City of Lynnwood to manage Lynnwood Municipal Golf Course! The 5-year contract approved by the Lynnwood City Council on Monday, November 25, 2013 offers a private management solution for the day-to-day operations (excluding grounds maintenance) with the anticipation that the course will become financially sustainable. “We are very pleased with the selection of Premier as they have an extensive track record of success in the Puget Sound golf market. They have demonstrated an ability to dramatically improve customer satisfaction and financial performance, and we look forward to working together to maximize the golf experience at our beautiful course,” says Lynn Sordel, Director of the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts Department.

The City and Premier will work together through the month of December to ensure a smooth transition to Premier Management on Monday, December 30, 2013. Golfers will see improved customer service, the introduction of the Premier Golf Club loyalty and rewards program, a new website, new custom mobile phone app and enhanced overall operations. Premier Golf Customers can begin using their Premier Golf Club Cards from any Premier Managed course to collect points and receive discounts at Lynnwood Golf Course beginning on December 30th. Customers can also begin making Tee Times through the Premier Golf website and by calling 425-672-4653 on December 30th.

Under this management contract, the City of Lynnwood and Premier Golf will be close working partners to provide a great golfing experience for the customers with responsible financial management that retains this great asset for the Lynnwood community. “We are honored to be chosen by the City of Lynnwood to manage their wonderful golf course and look forward to working with The City of Lynnwood and the various stakeholders to ensure the continued success of Lynnwood Golf Course,” said Bill Schickler, President of Premier Golf.
