West Seattle Golf Club Event Results

West Seattle Golf Club - We had two fun events recently: The Fundraiser for the Bayview Memorial Scholarship and the Three Club Championship.

The scholarship fundraiser will once again send a deserving youth to South Seattle CC for a year - thank you to all of the members who participated in the tournament and volunteered their time. 

In the first division we had a four-way tie for first all shooting an even-par 72:
Pat Distefano
Brian Carlson
Mike Koczarski
David Shumann

In the second division Bill Johnson shot 77 and beat Bob Kleckner and Will McMurtry by one shot.

And, one of the most fun events of the year - the Three Club Championship.  It is very interesting to see what the guys select for their three clubs - and no, putter doesn't have to be one of them.

1st Division - Kurt Niedermeier beat the field by 7 shooting an impressive even par 72 in the wind and rain.  Great Job!
2nd Division - Bill Yeasting and Jeff Faulk tied with an 87.
