Jefferson’s Clubhouse Update

Jefferson Park’s new clubhouse is looking more and more like the completed building it is intended to be. The putting green sod was just laid in October and the greens have begun the grow-in process. The large expanses of green grass really make the project look like it is nearly done. Internally, paint, lights and other finishing touches are being added every day, contributing to the finished look of the building. Excitement and anticipation is growing as we approach the early March 2015 opening.

One of the key features of the new clubhouse is the upstairs banquet/community room. The space offers spectacular views of the downtown Seattle to the north and a large fabulous outdoor terrace overlooking the putting greens to the south. With a total seating capacity approaching 200, this space offers numerous possibilities for tournament, weddings, parties, reunions, meetings or most any other event. The Beacon Grill restaurant, with its full bar and indoor and outdoor seating, will feature an exciting new menu and will fulfill Jefferson Parks catering services.
