Beacon Grill is Open
With a successful Grand Opening and Centennial Celebration last month, Jefferson’s new operations are officially up and running, most significantly, the Beacon Grill. The new restaurant is now the crown jewel of Seattle’s golf food & beverage operations. As you step inside, the Beacon Express counter greets you with numerous offerings such as hot dogs, snacks and beverages for the quick grab and go. Turn left into the Grill and seat yourself for a selection from our menu that offers burgers, sandwiches, salads, appetizers and breakfast items featuring our in-house smoked bacon, turkey and pulled pork. Try our signature Beacon burger with our thick cut bacon and Creole aioli. The shrimp Po’boy and Turkey grinder are fast becoming house favorites. You can get a bucket of chicken wings offered three ways with the new Salt & Pepper style leading the pack. The new bar features eight tap handles of draft beer as well and wine and cocktails.
U.S Open Trophy Drops By Jefferson
On June 13th, 2015 from 1:00 pm to 3:00pm, the U.S. Open trophy will be on display at Jefferson Park Golf Course. Come by have your picture taken with this most prestigious symbol of American golf. This is a special opportunity to celebrate the Pacific Northwest’s first U.S Open at Chambers Bay.
