The Jefferson short-9 course now has nine greens again. During the construction of the new parking lot, the course lost the first hole. A slight rerouting of the course transpired and a new hole was built, thus becoming the new #3. The previous #8 is now the opening hole. The course also features new grass tees and additional mounding to provide interest and challenge. The short course will be limited to FootGolf play only after 3:00 pm on weekends beginning July 1st.

Beacon Grill
Featuring a selection of in-house smoked meats such as turkey, pork and its specialty, bacon, the Beacon Grill is steadily growing in popularity and patronage. The new operating hours allow seating up until 8:00 pm daily. Beginning July 8th, an expansion of the menu will be released, offering more appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and a new weekend breakfast menu. The kitchen staff has been actively refining all the menu items, improving the taste and presentation. The in-house smoked bacon is rapidly closing in on the level of perfection we have been striving for. Come have a taste!
