Thank you to all the junior camp participants in June, July, & August. Camps were well attended and we appreciated the opportunity to promote the game of golf! We look forward to next year so be on the lookout for camp schedules and details again next spring. 

 

A golf course re-rating project is complete as of mid-August. Upon the completion of the new back tee box on hole 10, the Washington State Golf Association was kind enough to send a team to Jackson Park GC to evaluate and re-rate the course. This process is something that management had wanted to tackle once the course configuration was changed for the driving range project. As a result, the course rating and slope have changed along with the distance of hole #10 (new tee box). Please see the attached document for specific details. New scorecards have been created that have the updated changes printed on them and the GHIN Handicap system computer also has the changes as of August 13, 2015. The comparison of the old and new course rating/slope can be seen below:
