New Head Golf Professional

Jefferson Park is happy to announce that Tony Wilkins will be taking over as PGA Head Golf Profession on October 1, 2015. Tony brings decades of experience with him including 15 years as Head Pro at Rainier Golf and Country Club. He has also worked at Sahalee and has recently been the Director of Instruction at Lake Spanaway. Tony will be taking on the operation of the golf shop, tournament operation as well as providing some golf instruction. We look forward to the experience and expertise he brings with him.

Beacon Grill Range Bucket Combos

Available every day, the Beacon Grill is now offering a selection of options that combine range buckets with beer or food. With Brew Buckets, you can choose from a large bucket paired with a micro or domestic draft beer; or share a jumbo bucket and a micro or domestic pitcher with a friend. Either one is a great deal. Hungry? Pick either a BLT, our signature Beacon Burger or the favorite Turkey Grinder and we will throw in a large bucket for a discounted price.

In-House-Smoked

For those of you unaware of it, the Beacon Grill prides itself on house made items and ingredients. Some of those include our house smoked meats, particularly our bacon, turkey and pulled pork. The bacon is hand selected to ensure a leaner and meatier cut. We then cure it; season it with black pepper and turbinado sugar; and then double smoke it over apple wood. It’s sliced extra thick and gently grilled before going into our breakfasts, sandwiches and salads. We also hickory smoke our whole turkey breasts and pork butts. You can find our bacon, turkey and pork featured in numerous items throughout the menu. Our house made chili, which includes both our smoked pork and ground beef, begins with our secret blend of toasted guajillo and ancho chilies.
